***********
In February and March, 2011, MnCEP members visited members of the House and Senate education and finance committees to familiarize them with concurrent enrollment and make the case for continued funding. Legislators received information specific to concurrent enrollment at high schools in their legislative districts as well as statistics about concurrent enrollment across Minnesota.
The budget that was passed contained $2 million dollars per year to reimburse high schools for up to $150 per enrollment.
